Clubs, associations, crews and groups of friends
Your group finally has an address where people find it
On Buddiz, a club is a group of people who move together: an association, a run club, the Thursday crew. Its sessions are seen by athletes nearby, sign-ups count themselves, and your members come back.

What counts as a club here?
No bylaws or licence needed. A club on Buddiz is a page, members and sessions. Three kinds of group, the same tools.
The registered non-profit
Your athletics, tennis or multi-sport club. Your sessions are visible to everyone, your members find them in one place, and you can have the public register confirm you are a registered non-profit or a federation member: the fact appears on your page.
The run club or crew
A weekly meet-up, a name, an Instagram account. Buddiz gives you what you lack: a page Google finds, an up-to-date list of who's in, and an automatic reminder before the start.
All about run clubsThe group of friends
Tuesday football, Thursday padel, Sunday hike. Create the club in two minutes, invite your friends with a link, and the meet-up happens without anyone chasing.
What your club gains
Newcomers from your area
Your open sessions are seen by athletes around you, members or not. The person running alone two streets away finally finds you.
You know who's coming
Everyone joins or drops out in one tap. No more thumbs-up to recount, no more "how many are we?" the night before.
A reminder without lifting a finger
Before each session, club members and sign-ups get a reminder. Last-minute no-shows become rare.
A meet-up that comes back
Set your weekly session once: it recreates itself every week, same place, same time. All you have to do is be there.
One chat per club, one per session
The club feed for announcements, the session chat for car-sharing and the exact time. Nothing gets mixed up.
A public page Google indexes
buddiz.app/clubs/your-club: your page, your next sessions and your credentials, readable without an account. It works for you even in quiet weeks.
What you keep
Buddiz replaces neither your Strava, your WhatsApp nor your Instagram: it shows them on your page. It comes before the session, where nothing helped you.
- Free for clubs, no commitment
- Your members stay yours
- No exclusivity, no advertising
How it works
01
Create the club page
From the app, in two minutes: name, city, sports, logo. You are its founder.
02
Invite your core group
A link, a QR code or a story: your members arrive in one tap, nothing to rebuild.
03
Set your first session
Place, time, level, and the recurrence if it's weekly. Athletes nearby see it right away.
“Running has really taken off these past few years, but a tool like this was missing. What we appreciated most is their intent to put clubs forward rather than compete with them.”

Does creating a club on Buddiz cost anything?
No. Creating the club, inviting members, publishing sessions and using the chat is free, with no commitment. Only the verification of a registered non-profit is paid, once, and it is optional.
What's the difference between a club and a group?
None for Buddiz: a club is a group of people, whatever its legal status. An association, a run club and a group of friends get the same page and the same tools. Only proven facts are shown on top, such as "Registered non-profit".
Do my members have to install the app?
Yes, to join sessions and get reminders. They join in one tap from your link or QR code. Your public page, though, can be read without an account.
Who sees my club's sessions?
An open session is visible to athletes nearby, members or not: that's how newcomers arrive. You can also keep a session for club members only.
Do we have to give up WhatsApp, Strava or Instagram?
No. Their links appear on your page, and many clubs keep them. Buddiz handles sign-ups, reminders and attendance; you keep your channels for the rest.
How many people do we need to start?
No minimum. A founder and a few regulars are enough to set a first meet-up and grow it. Your public page is indexed by Google from three members.
