Clubs and non-profits
Your club says what it is
Registered non-profit, federation member: Buddiz checks the fact against the public registry and shows it on your club page. Your name is protected, and people looking for a licence find you.
How it works
Three steps, and nothing is taken on trust.
- 1
File from the app
In your club settings: your RNA number, or your membership number and your federation. Two minutes.
- 2
We check the registry
Official journal of non-profits, the federation directory, and a contact through an official channel of the club. Never on trust.
- 3
You activate, once
15 € excl. VAT (18 € incl. VAT), once, for life for the registered non-profit. Federation membership renews every season, for free.
What your club gains
Your name protected
Nobody can create a club in your name. Renaming it suspends the verification: it is yours, and it shows.
Found by people looking for a licence
A runner who wants to join a federation looks for a member club. They tick a box, you show up.
A public page and the Join button
Your page on buddiz.app/clubs, indexed, with your upcoming sessions and a button to your HelloAsso page.
Your coaches can be attested
A registered non-profit can attest its volunteer coaches on Buddiz.
Questions
We are a group of friends, not a non-profit. What do we lose?
Nothing. A club without a credential carries no mark, is neither filtered nor ranked lower. The badge names a fact, it grades nobody.
What exactly is the badge?
Two possible facts: "Registered non-profit" (your RNA number found in the official journal) and "FFA member", or another federation (your membership found in its directory). A member club carries both.
Why pay?
So that someone takes the time to check, and because it funds the service. 15 € excl. VAT (18 € incl. VAT), once, never a subscription. We check first, you pay after.
Does the membership expire?
Yes, every season, as with the federation. The badge drops at the deadline and we warn you 30 days before. Renewal is free.
We already have a verified space on Strava, what changes?
Strava speaks to people who already track their training. Buddiz brings your club people who are not there yet, the neighbour running alone, the beginner, and tells you who is coming before they come.
