Referral partner programme
Know sports event organisers? Bring them to Buddiz.
Introduce Buddiz to a club, an association or an organiser preparing a sports event. When they book their promotion with your code, you get 20% of their order.

Example
An organiser books the promotion of their event for €150 excl. VAT.
- Their order
- €150 excl. VAT
- For you
- €30
How it works
- 1
You introduce Buddiz
To a club, an association or a sports event organiser you know, with your personal code.
- 2
They order with your code
They book the promotion of their event on Buddiz. Your code links their order to you.
- 3
You get paid
20% of their order, paid once.
Everyone wins
For the organiser
- Their event promoted to the athletes around it.
- Someone who helps them order: the plan, the date, the poster.
- A contact they know, rather than a form.
- The same price as everyone: your code costs them nothing.
For you
- 20% of the first order of every organiser you bring in.
- Your commission follows the price actually paid, whatever the event.
- No quota, no target: you choose who you introduce, and at your own pace.
- One bank transfer a month, on your invoice.
What you earn
20% of the order amount excl. VAT, paid once. Only an organiser's first order counts.
An order's price depends on the athletes around the event and the time left before the date: your commission follows the price actually paid. Nothing is due if the order is withdrawn and refunded.
- An order of
- €150 excl. VAT
- For you, 20%
- €30
When you get paid
Day 0
The organiser pays their order with your code
Day 60
Your commission is due
Every month
Bank transfer from €50 accumulated
The 60 days between the organiser's payment and your commission cover any refunds.
The rules
- 1
New organisers only. An organiser who has already ordered on Buddiz does not count.
- 2
One order per organiser. Only their first order earns you a commission.
- 3
A refund cancels the commission. Or it is deducted from your next transfer, if the event is withdrawn later.
- 4
Not on your own event. Nor on an event you organise, run, co-own or work for.
- 5
Prices are not negotiable. You present the offer as it is, with no discount.
- 6
No promised numbers. You never promise sign-ups, participants or views.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be a salesperson?+
No. Above all you need to know sports event organisers, and explain simply what Buddiz brings them.
Does the organiser pay more with my code?+
No. They pay the same price as everyone. Buddiz pays you.
Why a percentage rather than a fixed amount?+
An order's price depends on the athletes around the event and the time left before the date. A percentage follows the price actually paid: you always get 20%, whatever the amount.
How do I get paid?+
By bank transfer, once a month, from €50 accumulated, on your invoice.
What about shops and sports centres?+
For now, Buddiz offers for shops and sports centres are free: they do not earn a commission. You can still tell them about it, it helps local athletes.
