Works councils and companies
Your coworkers deserve better than a WhatsApp group
Padel, 5-a-side, running, hiking: everyone posts their sessions, joins in one tap, and when someone drops out, the spot opens to local players.
Free, no budget, no commitment

Three steps, no meeting
- 01
A coworker opens the club
A volunteer employee creates the company club in the app. They are the organizer, not the works council or management.
- 02
The works council spreads the word
A poster with a QR code on site, a note in the newsletter or on the intranet: everything is ready below.
- 03
Coworkers play
Everyone posts their sessions and joins the others'. A spot opens up? It goes to local players, and the booked court isn't lost.
What changes for the group
In a WhatsApp group
On Buddiz
In a WhatsApp group : Messages get lost: the time and place are buried under photos, jokes and "ok"s.
On Buddiz : Every meet-up has its own page: date, time, place and level, always in the same spot, and in your calendar in one tap.
In a WhatsApp group : To know who's coming, you have to scroll back up the conversation and count the thumbs-up.
On Buddiz : The list of who's in is always up to date: people join or drop out in one tap.
In a WhatsApp group : Every week, someone has to chase everyone, remind them of the time and count again.
On Buddiz : Recurring meet-ups are set up once, and everyone gets a reminder beforehand.
In a WhatsApp group : A last-minute drop-out goes unnoticed, and the booking falls through.
On Buddiz : The organiser is notified, and the spot opens to the waiting list or to nearby athletes.
In a WhatsApp group : One conversation for everything: Tuesday's football gets mixed up with Thursday's padel.
On Buddiz : Every meet-up has its own chat, about that meet-up only.
In a WhatsApp group : The whole group sees your phone number.
On Buddiz : Nobody sees your number: people know you by your first name and photo.
Your employer sees nothing
Buddiz shares no data with the works council or the company: no list, no tracking, no performance. The club is run by a volunteer employee, never by the works council or management: as in any club, its members see who comes to sessions, and that information has no reason to go higher.

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Buddiz charges neither the works council, nor the company, nor the employees, and it will stay that way. We only ask you to spread the word.
Who runs the club?
A volunteer employee, the organizer. Not the works council or management: club members see who comes to sessions, and that information has no reason to reach the employer.
Do you need to be an experienced player?
No. Each session shows its level, and everyone picks the ones that suit them.
Which sports?
Padel, tennis, 5-a-side football, running, hiking, cycling and fitness.
What if there aren't enough coworkers?
A spot that stays free can open to local players: one player is missing, the community fills in, and the booking isn't lost.
What does the works council or company get?
No data: no file, no individual tracking, no performance. The kit itself saves nothing you type.
One motivated coworker is enough to start
The club is created in the app, then the kit does the rest.
