How it works
Connect your payouts
From Profile › Payments, link your Stripe account in a few minutes. Reserved for registered organisations: club, association or company with a business number.
Set the price of a spot
When you create your session, enter the amount (5 € minimum). It shows on the map, in the feed and on the session page.
Collect, then forget about it
Every payment confirms a spot and goes to your account. Cancellations are refunded automatically, with nothing to do on your side.

Secure online payment
Card payment through Stripe. You are the seller: the money goes to your account, never to Buddiz.
Spot confirmed on payment
No spreadsheet to reconcile: whoever paid has a spot, the sign-up is validated automatically.
Refunded cancellations
Participants cancel before the start and are refunded automatically, minus the service fee.
Sign-up tracking
Spots sold, total collected and the list of buyers on the session page, with CSV export.
Automatic receipt
Every buyer gets an email receipt, and a confirmation if a refund happens.

Padel, tennis, 5-a-side football, running, hiking and cycling: paid participation works everywhere.
What it costs
No subscription, no fixed fee. Buddiz only earns when you sell a spot.
Buddiz commission: 0,29 € + 1 % per spot sold.
Stripe card fees: around 0,25 € + 1,5 % per payment.
Minimum price for a spot: 5 €.
Refund asked by the participant: a 0,25 € + 1,5 % service fee is kept, the rest goes back to them.

Frequently asked questions
Who can charge for a session?
Registered organisations only: club, association or company with a business number. An individual cannot collect participation fees on Buddiz.
When do I get paid?
The payment goes straight to your Stripe account, it never transits through Buddiz. Payouts follow your own Stripe payout schedule.
What happens if a participant cancels?
They are refunded automatically until the session starts, minus the service fee. If you cancel the session yourself, every participant is refunded.
Does the payment happen inside the mobile app?
No, always on the web. The participant is sent to a secure payment page, never inside the app.
Is Buddiz still free?
Yes. The app, partner matching and free sessions stay free. The commission only applies to paid spots.
